ROK Law & Consultancy was established centrally in Istanbul. ROK Law & Consultancy is providing services to national and international companies, corporations and persons as lawyer, legal consultancy, public relations and management consultancy as well as corporate, strategic and financial consultancy service in fields of our specialism areas.

Our office is undertaking the liability of lawsuit in the fields of Companies Law, Trade Law, Banking and Finance, Start-Up Law, Capital Markets and Competition Law, Immigration Law, International Investment Law, Intellectual ad Industrial Property Rights, Business Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Family Law, Expropriation Law, Administration Law, Real Estate Law, Energy Law and Law on International Commercial Contracts with our business and solution partners including university lecturers, technical experts in their respective fields and experienced lawyers; performing advocacy and consultancy.

After completing her primary education in Ankara and secondary education in Baku, Aygün Aliyeva completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Baku State University, Department of Law. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the same university. She also completed her undergraduate studies at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty of Law.

See started her career as a lecturer at the Institute of Human Rights of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences. Later, she worked as a legal advisor in various foreign companies. She is currently a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association and Istanbul Bar Association No. 2, where she is also the Chairman of the International Law Commission. She is also an honorary member of the Islamabad and Lahore Bar Associations of Pakistan. She is a Med-Arb Arbitrator of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) – TOBBUYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center.

She is also the owner of Rok International Consulting, based in Istanbul with partner offices in more than 30 countries.

Aliyeva, who is also known for her interest in non-governmental organizations, has served as Vice President of the Young Lawyers Union and Secretary General of the Association of Azerbaijani Businessmen in Turkey (TAIB). Currently, she is the co-founder of the Azerbaijan-Turkey legal platform, a member of the Board of Directors of the International Union of Jurists (UHUB), Vice President of the Association of Business People of the Turkic World, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Commission of the Union of Turkish World Mediators, and member of the Foreign Relations Commission of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) – TOBBUYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center – Chairman of the Working Group on Turkic States, Member of the Women Entrepreneurs Committee of the Organization of Turkic States – Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) – Head of the Legal and Public Relations Commission of Azerbaijan, member of the European Union of Lawyers and founder of the Turkish Trade Platform.

She has served as the organizer and country representative of many international congresses.

She is the project owner and organizer of the Turkish Trade Fair – Turkic States Trade and Investment Cooperation Forum and Fair to be held in Istanbul on November 7-9, 2024.

She is the daughter of Professor Dr. Ali Aliyev, Department of Mathematics, Ankara University, and is single.
